Vegas Sport Edge ("VSE") is an information and analysis service. We provide sports betting picks, data analysis, and related educational content. VSE is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, and does not operate as a gambling service. All picks and analysis are sold for informational and entertainment purposes only. You place bets through your own separately licensed sportsbook accounts.
VSE is operated from Las Vegas, Nevada and serves adult users (21+) in jurisdictions where access to sports betting information is lawful.

VSE offers multiple subscription packages (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Longer-Term). Details of each package, including pricing, duration, and included features, are described on our Pricing page and confirmed at checkout.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for the applicable amount. Prices are displayed in US dollars and are inclusive of any applicable fees.
Due to the nature of the information provided (picks are delivered upon purchase), all sales are generally final. Exceptions are made at our sole discretion for verifiable technical errors that prevented delivery of services. To request a refund consideration, contact hello@vegassportedge.com within 48 hours of purchase.
For recurring subscription packages, you may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use VSE content for your own personal betting decisions. You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to VSE in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
